Privacy policy

1. What data we process

• Account: your email address and password when you open an account. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash; the password itself is not kept.
• Device record: when you sign in to the app, the name of your device and the last time it was seen (to apply plan limits).
• Order record: when you buy, the plan, amount, date and payment status. Card details are not kept by us; payment is taken on the secure page of the payment provider PayTR.
• Feedback: the message you send with the Suggestion / Complaint button in the app, and the screenshot and diagnostic information if you attach them.
• Email list: if you leave your address on the "Stay in the loop" form, your email, the time you confirmed and your language. A confirmation email comes first, and you can leave with one click at any time. We keep the client address not in raw form but as a salted hash (to limit abuse).

2. What we do not process

Agent X runs on your computer. Your projects, agent conversations and files are not sent to this site's server. The app connects only for license and version checks. We use no third-party advertising or tracking tools.

3. Cookies and the counter

While you browse the site (home page, blog, plans, FAQ, download, legal pages) we set no cookie. There are two exceptions: if you pick a language with the language button, a language cookie (mwdil, one year) remembers your choice, and if you sign in, a required HttpOnly cookie keeps your session open. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep a cookie-free counter on our own server: only a total count for each day, page path, language and rough referrer class (search, social, direct, internal, other). IP addresses, browser information, cookies and fingerprints are not stored; visitors who send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted. For this reason we cannot measure unique visitors.

4. Why we process it

To run membership and subscription, verify the license, match payments, keep the account secure, send expiry reminders, answer feedback and (if you allowed it) announce new versions.

5. Who we share it with

The payment provider PayTR (for the payment itself), our hosting provider and the content delivery service that speeds up and protects the site (Cloudflare). When you connect to the site your IP address is technically processed by this infrastructure; the logs of these providers are subject to their own policies. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep account information while your account is open. Order records are kept for the period required by the relevant law. Your address on the email list is kept until you leave or ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to your data. To delete your account and the data linked to it, write to us through the ways on the contact page.
