Ways to reach Agent X:

  • The Suggestion / Complaint button in the app. If you have an account this is the fastest way: your message is tied to your account, you can attach a screenshot and you see the reply in the same place. The types are suggestion, complaint, bug report and question.
  • Frequently asked questions. The answer to most questions is on the FAQ page.
  • Blog. Setup and how-to posts are on the blog (in Turkish).

For account deletion, refund and KVKK requests, write with the email address of your account; we may ask for account details to verify your identity.
