Terms of use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern your use of the Agent X app and the account services on this site. By opening an account or using the app you state that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. The service

Agent X is a desktop app that runs on your own computer. The agents work with your own Claude or Codex account; Agent X does not provide an AI model. The app connects to this site for sign-in and license checks; if the connection drops after sign-in you can work offline for up to 5 hours.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account and password. Your information must be accurate and you must not share your password. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away.

4. Subscription and payment

Plans are monthly and sold in US dollars:

• Lite: 5 USD / month (1 computer, 3 terminal)
• Pro: 10 USD / month (2 computers, 5 terminal)
• Max: 19 USD / month (unlimited computers, unlimited terminal)

Each purchase extends your time by 1 month. The subscription does not renew automatically. Payment is taken on the secure page of the payment provider PayTR; card details are not stored on this site. For cancellation and refunds see the Cancellation and refunds page.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app. You will not exceed your plan limits: the number of computers and terminals depends on your plan; you can remove devices on the My account page (at most 3 devices per month). Copying and redistributing the app, reverse engineering it, or trying to bypass license checks is prohibited.

6. Third-party services

The terms and fees of third-party services such as Claude and Codex belong to their providers and are your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use these services with your own account.

7. Studio and generated content

• Studio generates images and video with local models. The models have their own licenses (for example, some do not allow commercial use); complying with them is up to you.
• Generating content for impersonation, political forgery or similar purposes is prohibited and the app refuses it. Face swapping may be used only for your own face or for a person who has given written permission; it cannot be used on public figures or on people who have not consented.
• Outputs are marked with "AI generated" metadata and a generation record is written to the audit log on your computer. You must not try to remove this mark.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you use it.

8. AI outputs

Code, text, reports and images produced by the agents can be wrong or incomplete. That is why approval cards exist; reading a card before approving it is your responsibility. Check outputs before you use them.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the service (for example automated bulk requests). Accounts that break the rules may be suspended.

10. Availability and liability

We provide the service with care but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The app and site are provided "as is". Subject to mandatory law, our liability for indirect damages and data loss is limited; the scope of this limit will be settled in legal review.

11. Termination

You can stop using your account at any time. When your time ends, your subscription ends. In case of a serious breach of these terms we may suspend or close the account.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. We announce important changes on this page; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms; the jurisdiction rules of consumer legislation are reserved for consumer transactions.
