1. License

For the length of a valid subscription we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Agent X program on your own computers for personal or work purposes. The program is licensed, not sold; ownership stays with the seller.

2. Limits

• You may not exceed the plan limits (computers and terminals); you can remove devices in My account.
• You may not copy and redistribute, rent or reverse engineer the program, or bypass the license check (except where the law allows).
• The program connects to this site for sign-in and license checks; if the connection drops after sign-in it works offline for up to 5 hours.

3. Your accounts and content

The agents work with your Claude/Codex account; the terms and fees of those services are yours. Your projects and files stay on your computer; you are responsible for the content you produce. Studio rules and prohibited uses are in the Terms of use.

4. AI outputs

Agent outputs can be wrong or incomplete; check them before use.

5. Updates

We may provide program updates; an update can be needed for critical security fixes.

6. Termination

The license ends if the subscription ends or you break the terms; you then stop using the program. You can end the contract at any time by closing your account.

7. Warranty and liability

The program is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, liability for indirect damages is limited. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.

8. Governing law

Turkish law applies; for disputes the competent bodies in the Distance sales contract apply. The Turkish text prevails if the two versions differ.
