14-day refund guarantee

If you think the subscription you bought does not suit you, you can ask for a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the purchase. An approved refund is paid back to the card/method used within 14 days at the latest. This is a guarantee the seller offers voluntarily.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Agent X is a service performed instantly in electronic form. With the separate, explicit approval you give before payment (asking for the service to start at once) the statutory right of withdrawal cannot be used (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ). The 14-day refund guarantee above applies independently of this.

Does the subscription renew?

No. Each purchase adds 1 month and does not renew automatically; there is no automatic payment to cancel. When your time ends, your subscription ends.

How to ask for a refund

Write to the email address on the Contact page, stating the email address of your account and (if you have it) the order number. Because of the exchange rate, the refund amount is the lira amount that was charged.
