Does the subscription renew?

No. Each purchase adds 1 month and does not renew automatically; there is no automatic payment to cancel. When your time ends, your subscription ends.

Withdrawal and refunds

Refund requests are reviewed one by one, tied to your account. For digital content whose performance has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited.

How to ask for a refund

Write through the ways on the Contact page, stating the email address of your account. An approved refund is made to the same card through the payment provider.
