KVKK notice

1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by the company identified below as data controller.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity/contact: email address.
• Customer transaction: order record with plan, amount, date and payment status; for the invoice your name, billing address and the payment receipt/reference number. Your card details are not stored by the seller.
• Transaction security: password hash, device name, last seen time, session information.
• Requests/feedback: the message you send and the files you attach.
• Consent record: version and digest of the texts you approved, approval time, a short salted digest of your IP address (not the raw IP).

3. Purposes

Establishing and performing the membership and subscription contract, license verification, matching payments, keeping account and information secure, answering requests and feedback, issuing invoices and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Under KVKK art. 5/2: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), fulfilling a legal obligation (ç), and legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). These processing activities do not rest on explicit consent; so the privacy notice and explicit consent are kept separate, and nothing that needs explicit consent is done now (no commercial electronic messages are sent).

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred to the payment provider PayTR and banks for the payment itself, to hosting and content delivery providers (including Cloudflare), to related service providers as needed for accounting/invoicing, and to authorized public bodies where the law requires. Because providers such as Cloudflare serve from abroad, this can mean a transfer of data abroad under KVKK art. 9.

6. How we collect it

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on this site, the Agent X app and the payment flow.

7. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by the relevant law (order/invoice records for the tax-law period, consent records for 3 years); afterward it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

VERBİS: We are not registered in the data controllers' registry (VERBİS); it is assessed that there is no registration duty given the number of employees and financial thresholds.

8. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or wrong,
• To request deletion or destruction within the conditions of KVKK and to have this notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

9. Applying

You can send requests about your rights in writing to the contact email address above, with account information that lets us verify your identity. Your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
