Distance sales contract

1. Subject

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties for the Agent X subscription the buyer purchases through modelagentx.com.

2. Product and price

• Lite: 5 USD / month (1 computer, 3 terminal)
• Pro: 10 USD / month (2 computers, 5 terminal)
• Max: 19 USD / month (unlimited computers, unlimited terminal)

Each purchase adds 1 month of use. The price is in US dollars; the amount in Turkish lira shown on your card may vary with the payment provider's exchange rate.

3. Payment

Payment is taken by card on the PayTR secure payment page. The subscription does not renew automatically; each period is bought separately.

4. Performance

When payment is confirmed, the subscription time is added to your account; the product is digital and there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Disputes

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
