Pre-contract information form

This form is the information given to you before you buy, as required by art. 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. At the payment step the exact amount (with rate and date) is shown again and your approval is asked.

2. Main features of the service

Agent X: a virtual AI office program that runs on your own computer, and the account/license service run through this site. Plans:

• Lite: 5 USD / month (1 computer, 3 terminal)
• Pro: 10 USD / month (2 computers, 5 terminal)
• Max: 19 USD / month (unlimited computers, unlimited terminal)

3. Price, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. All prices include 20% VAT. There are no extra costs.

Payment is taken by bank or credit card through PayTR with 3D Secure. The seller does not store your card number or CVV. Prices are in US dollars; the amount charged in Turkish lira is the USD price multiplied by the TCMB USD forex selling rate of the payment day, rounded up to the kuruş, and is shown to you in lira before you pay.

The subscription does not renew automatically; each period is bought separately.

4. Performance

When payment is confirmed the subscription time is added to your account at once; there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Agent X is a digital service performed instantly in electronic form, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once you give the separate, explicit approval shown before payment (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ). Independently of that, the seller offers a 14-day refund guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Details: Cancellation and refunds.

6. Complaints and disputes

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; as the buyer, you may apply to the ones at your place of residence or at the seller's place (Manisa / Yunusemre). Complaints can also be made to the Ministry of Trade.
