Plans and license: Lite, Pro and Max

The Agent X subscription has three plans. The difference is how many computers and how many terminals you can work with on the same account. This post puts the plans, how the subscription works, how the license is verified and what to know about payment in one place.

The plans

• Lite: 5 USD / month · 1 computer · 3 terminals
• Pro: 10 USD / month · 2 computers · 5 terminals
• Max: 19 USD / month · unlimited computers · unlimited terminals

Prices are monthly and in US dollars (USD); the amount in your local currency that appears on your card may change with the payment provider's exchange rate. For the current figures see the Pricing page; this post does not replace that page.

Which plan fits whom

• Lite: for someone who wants to work on a single computer with at most three terminals at a time. The smallest plan for getting to know the app.
• Pro: for those who want to work on two computers (for example a desktop and a laptop) and with five terminals.
• Max: for those who do not want an upper limit on computers and terminals.

The terminal count limits how many agents can work in a terminal at the same time. If you plan to build a team, How the agent team works gives an idea of how many terminals your workflow will need.

How time works

Each month you buy extends your subscription by 1 month. The subscription does not renew automatically, so there is no automatic payment to cancel. When the time runs out the subscription ends, and you buy again if you want. Refund requests are tied to your account and judged one by one; an approved refund is made to the same card through the payment provider. The detailed terms are on the Cancellation and refunds page.

How the license is verified

When you sign in to the app, your license is verified on the server. If the connection drops afterwards you can work offline for up to 5 hours; when the time is over you need to reconnect. This check is only for the license and the version: your projects, agent conversations and files are not sent to this site's server.

Computers

You see your devices on the My account page. To add a new computer you can remove an old one; at most 3 devices can be removed per month. You cannot use the app on more computers at the same time than your plan allows.

Payment

Payment is taken on the secure page of the payment provider PayTR; card details are not stored on this site. Opening an account is free and does not ask for a card; you pay only when you buy a plan.

Model usage is separate

The Agent X subscription covers the app and the office layout. The Claude or Codex that agents use runs on your own account and is subject to its own limits; see Connecting your Claude and Codex account. So your total cost has two parts: your Agent X plan and the subscription of the model you use. You follow how many tokens agents spent on the Cost screen (Maliyet) in the office.

Why dollars

Plans are sold in US dollars and the payment provider shows the amount on your card at its own exchange rate. So the amount in your local currency on your statement can differ from month to month for the same plan. The USD price on the page is the fixed price of the plan; before you pay, the payment page shows you the amount again.

What the plans do not include

The only difference between plans is the number of computers and terminals; there is no separate plan for Studio (local image and video generation). Studio works only on Windows with an NVIDIA graphics card and the models are large files; this limit is about your hardware, not your plan (Graphics card for Studio).

Three questions when choosing a plan

1. How many computers will you work on? One computer is enough for Lite; two computers need Pro. More than two means Max.
2. How many agents need to work in a terminal at the same time? The terminal count is 3, 5 or unlimited. If a lead and several agents will work together in one workflow, a low limit can hold you up.
3. How will you use the time? Because the subscription does not renew automatically, you can work intensively for a month and then pause; you buy again when you need it. If you picked the wrong plan, you choose another one at the next purchase.

Three common questions

• How many terminals can I open? Lite 3, Pro 5, Max unlimited; this number is the plan limit.
• What happens to my data if the time runs out? Your data already stays on your own computer. When the time runs out the license check ends; you continue when you buy again.
• Is there a refund? The terms are on the Cancellation and refunds page. Because the subscription does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel either.
